Our service includes consultation to help identify opportunities, comprehensive advice that helps you to succeed in the workplace. It could be a chat or a plan with timelines and milestones, and actionable steps. We also offer a suite of quality services that will help you get there quickly and smoothly. That’s how we ensure your success.

Our specialty is micro coaching sessions. We provide a HR ear and insights you may not have while navigating a problem at work. We offer 30 minute to 60 minute sessions.  We will also offer one to one individual coaching for 6 or 12 months.  All sessions can be via phone or video conference).  Our strategies to help you think differently through discussion, books, and articles. The goal is to leverage life experiences to guide better decisions. 

Sessions are completely confidential and can include anything from how you are getting along at work, manager challenges, promotion goals, establishing your internal network, difficult colleagues, diversity and inclusion concerns, –recent changes to operations, the latest company party and what really happened– or anything you want to discuss related to work.

Our Mission- Ask an HR friend is here to help you solve the day to day problems faced in the workplace related to HR. As a HR thought partner, we provide and creative solutions designed to help you grow and solve issues. Although we offer coaching, we also know that stuff happens on a regular basis and sometimes you just need a quick piece of advice. We are here for those times.
